Return and Exchanges

At Studio7 Outfitters, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item.

You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it and order the desired one.

Please read our return/exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.    
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. 
  • Items must be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Customized or personalized items.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • Log in to your account on Studio7 Outfitters.
  • Go to the "Order History" section.
  • Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the return/exchange request.

4. Return/Exchange Process:

  • Once your request is submitted, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
  • Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Use a trackable shipping method for your return/exchange.
  • Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them for eligibility.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your bank account/UPI number.
  • Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped promptly.

5. Refund/Exchange Timelines:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 3 business days of approving the request.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue for prompt assistance.
